CONFERENCE REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

To register for the main conference, you must either:

• Be a 2026 AARES member, or
• Pay a non-member surcharge of $140 in addition to the conference registration fee.

We highly recommend exploring the benefits of AARES membership. For details on membership rates and benefits (or to renew/join), click here.

Pre-conference Workshops:

• AARES membership is not required to register for workshops.
• Current members can log in to simplify the registration process.
• You can register for the workshops as part of your main conference registration.
• If you only want to attend the workshops and not the main conference, please select only those relevant tickets below

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellation request is received by AARES Central Office via office@aares.org.au:

• more than 30 days before the conference, 100% refund
• less than 14 days before the conference, 0% refund
